Aaron is a co-founder and is our Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for managing the company's overall operations with particular focus on structure, strategy and communication with the board. Over the past 15 years Aaron has worked in the legal industry advocating and steering technological change, the adoption and use of legal technology and overseeing change. He is an early adopter of ADR and an advocate for early resolution in a timely, cost effective and relationship building manner.
In 2017 Aaron successfully completed the RICS/RSPH Certificate in Adjudication in the Construction Industry. In May 2018 he was awarded the RICS/RSPH Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry and is now an accredited adjudicator. In July 2020, Aaron was appointed as an Adjudicator on the RICS President’s Panel for Construction Adjudication.
Aaron’s active presence in ADR has been recognised locally. He helped to develop and deliver the Ulster University Masters in International Commercial Law and ADR. He is also regularly asked to speak at events by the RICS, CIArb, BICBA, the Society of Construction Law and the CIOB.

John is a co-founder and is our Chief Commercial Officer, he is responsible for commercial strategy and driving business growth. Over the last 25 years John has developed wide commercial experience gained in both established and startup businesses across Europe.
He is a qualified barrister and practicing mediator, who has developed a passion for technology. John is an industry pioneer in the development of both Online Claims Management (OCM) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
In 2017 he lead the design of the UK's first Masters programme to blend both International Commercial Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Ulster University. John sits on and advises various UK ADR Working Groups and in 2020 was appointed to the Northern Ireland Judicial Digitisation Steering Group. He has lectured Business, Commercial and International Law for over 12 years and continues to lecture widely in the area of Commercial Law, ADR and ODR.
